Factory Show
Our Factory
Our factory is located in Henan, China, covering an area of 20 acres. We have four large factory buildings, each with a usable area of tens of thousands of square meters. Henan is a central region of China with obvious logistics advantages, making both sea and land transportation very convenient.
Battery Cell Production Line
We have our own cell production line, lithium battery cell production can be divided into positive electrode ingredients, negative electrode ingredients, coating, positive electrode production, negative electrode production, positive electrode film preparation, negative electrode film preparation, winding, shell, rolling groove, cell baking, liquid injection, super welding cap, 13 steps totally. Battery cell is the core component of the battery module, and its quality directly determines the quality of the battery module. With our own cell production line, which provides a solid guarantee for high quality delivery of final battery modules.
Warehouse
We have a 5000 square meter finished goods warehouse, and after each customer’s order is produced, they will enter our finished goods warehouse to wait for shipment.
Shipment
According to customer needs, we will promptly dispatch the goods booked by our customers to the port. We can arrange sea and land transportation, as well as air transportation. Every day, we send over ten containers from our warehouse to different countries around the world.
